About the Role:
New Horizon Therapy is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to help as needed in a clinical environment.

What You’ll Do
• Provide pediatric occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the OT
• Follow through with written plans
• Document treatments
• Collaborate with therapy team as needed
• Support a positive and engaging environment
What We’re Looking For
• Active COTA license in Arizona
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Reliable and flexible with scheduling
Responsibilities:
- Assist Occupational Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions.
- Document patient progress.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment for clients.
Requirements:
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
- Active state licensure in Arizona.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with pediatric clients.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying client needs.
- Basic proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
